Description

The Red Barn Studio, 212 S. Main St., will host a reception for  Kayann Ausherman and her daughter, Abby, during Lindsborg’s 2nd Friday Makers Street Artwalk on June 14, 5-8PM. During the  reception, Kayann Ausherman will answer any questions regarding her two workshops to be held Saturday, June 15, taught 9am–noon (Stamp Carving) and 2nd class (Fiber Art and Printmaking) from 1-4PM, same day, During the week, the Aushermans plan to work on their own fiber art and printmaking projects, bringing them  together for some community canvas projects that visitors can  participate in, both with the printing and stitching , along with some weaving. These are “great techniques and materials for quilters, mixed media artists, printmakers and more.” Also, while at the studio pick up a map highlighting other participating downtown studios, galleries and businesses.
