About the Facilitators
Tong Xu started her career with Seneca Polytechnic in 2008. She has over eight years of experience working in career development and employment support at Seneca, assisting students, graduates, alumni, and the general public in their career development needs, encompassing career assessment and planning, job search strategies and skills enhancement. Tong has a Master's Degree in International Finance and a Career and Work Counseling Diploma from George Brown College. She's also a Certified Resume Strategist by Career Professionals of Canada and is B Level Psychometric Assessments qualified by Yorkville University. As a current Career Development Practitioner, Tong has a keen interest and passion for supporting students' career goals by customizing their specific strategies and action planning along their career trajectories.
