Join us for a celebration of the magical, musical journey of legendary Egyptian musician Hany Shenouda.

The Future Has Always Been Now: A Magical Musical Journey is more than just a live concert featuring Hany Shenouda and a full orchestra and singers performing a repertoire of Shenouda's greatest hits -- including film scores, pop songs and remastered tracks. It is an attempt to bridge East and West, and provide past and future generations of music lovers with the context to understand how music is a universal language across time and space.

This unforgettable tribute evening also features the premier of a short film about Shenouda's music and rare archive footage from groups like Les Petit Chats, Al Mesriyeen, as well as Longa 97, the music used by Golden Globe winner Ramy Youssef in his recent Hulu TV series, and with which he was accompanied on the stage when he accepted his award.

Hany Shenouda is a consummate musician, artist, and story-teller. This is an event not to be missed, one that will be remembered in Cairo's culture and arts scene for years to come.
