This meeting is Part 6 in the series ‘Roles and Players in a Real Estate Investing Business’. You will learn about the MOST CRITICAL ROLES: seller contact, buyer contact, and due diligence. These roles require experience and specific skill sets which challenge investors more than anything else when launching and growing their businesses.
Presenting this month with Mike is Local Pro coach, Phil Drew. Phil, an active real estate investor since 1961, has unmatched insight into the importance of these skills and roles.
Think about the deal flow and income with the right person.
Think about the problems and lack of income with the wrong person.
Are you the right person for these roles?
If so, how long can you handle the load?
If you need to hire for the role, who can handle the job?
Come out and learn the skill sets required, and how to make sure the right person is in place.
