Description

Best known by his viral alter ego, ZDoggMD, Dr. Zubin Damania uses a mix of music, humor, and creative storytelling to deliver a high-energy and entertaining presentation about today;s dysfunctional healthcare system and collaborative ways to revitalize it. Dr. Damania examines how we can all work to build Health 3.0, an ideal model of care where technology and evidence-based medicine seamlessly support healthcare teams in achieving the outcomes that actually matter to our patients, while improving the well-being of the caregivers themselves. Event sponsored by the Stanford Center for Biomedical Ethics.

The Jonathan J. King Lectureship was established in 1991 to encourage the compassionate and humane care of all patients. It is a part of Stanford University Medical Center's mission to enhance patient treatment and the art of caring.
