Description

Join us for a Taste of Thailand and learn to cook a delicious Thai feast with SAIT’s Chef Stuart Kirton. You’ll enjoy creating Thai favourites, including chicken satay, pad thai and green curry!

Registration opens Friday, Nov. 2. This class is part of the SAIT Alumni Perks program and is offered exclusively to SAIT grads and one guest per-person.

About Chef Stuart Kirton:
Most recently, Stuart was Chef de Cuisine at The Livingroom Restaurant. He has also worked at Chophouse Restaurant, Model Milk and Teatro. In 2016, Stuart founded VDG Salumi where he leads product development of artisanal charcuterie. Stuart holds a SAIT Professional Cooking diploma, an International Italian Culinary diploma from ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucine Italiana (Parma, Italy) and an Italian Culinary Arts Postgraduate diploma from George Brown College (Toronto, ON).

Parking is available at the Bow Parkade, 231 – 6 Avenue SW or any downtown lot, at your own expense.
