Come ready to experience the wellness practices of mindfulness, meditation and yoga, as Marin McCue walks you through the vital steps of overcoming a busy-mind. Please bring a journal and pen, and wear comfy clothes for some gentle movement. A limited supply of yoga mats will be available — please bring your own if you can. Learn more about Marin McCue.

We’re bringing the world to SAIT — come say hi at International Education Week (IEW).

Connect with people and cultures from around the world and add a global perspective to your student experience through workshops, social celebrations and sporting events happening throughout the week.

Over 100 countries celebrate IEW to encourage dialogue and engagement within the international community.
