About Chef Stuart Kirton
Most recently, Stuart was Chef de Cuisine at The Living Room Restaurant. He has also worked at Chophouse Restaurant, Model Milk and Teatro. In 2016, Stuart founded VDG Salumi where he leads product development of artisanal charcuterie. Stuart holds a SAIT Professional Cooking diploma, an International Italian Culinary diploma from ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucine Italiana (Parma, Italy) and an Italian Culinary Arts Postgraduate diploma from George Brown College (Toronto, ON).
