An exclusive cooking class for SAIT Alumni. SAIT's Chef Stuart Kirton (PCK'10) will walk you through a delicious Moroccan feast. You'll enjoy creating exotic favourites including cous cous salad, chicken tagine and date sticky toffee pudding.
Please note, this class is open to alumni and a guest, and there are only 30 spots available. Tickets and more info available through registration link.
5:30 pm - 6 pm Welcome reception

6 pm - 8:15 pm Cooking with Chef Stuart Kirton
Break into small groups and prepare a delicious feast.

About Chef Stuart Kirton
Most recently, Stuart was Chef de Cuisine at The Livingroom Restaurant. He has also worked at Chophouse Restaurant, Model Milk and Teatro. In 2016, Stuart founded VDG Salumi where he leads product development of artisanal charcuterie. Stuart holds a SAIT Professional Cooking diploma, an International Italian Culinary diploma from ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucine Italiana (Parma, Italy) and an Italian Culinary Arts Postgraduate diploma from George Brown College (Toronto, ON).
