Saitsa encourages students to practice self-care and focus on their health and well-being.
Every Wednesday, we have a variety of programming designed to prioritize your wellbeing. The day begins with free breakfast outside of the Saitsa Resource Centre (MC107) and continues with free activities such as Pet-a-Puppy, Take-a-Break, yoga and smudge sessions, and free tea all day in the Peer Support Centre (NJ 105)!
