Description

In collaboration with Calgary’s Recovery College, SAIT Student Development and Counselling is pleased to bring you The Art of Friendship.  This 8-part series is eligible for Co-Curricular Record (CCR)! Please note registration is required for this workshop series. Don’t miss out! Register now by emailing artoffriendship@sait.ca

Strong friendships give us the power to be our true selves; when we have strong friendships, we feel respected and valued and we work hard to find ways to show our friends that we respect and value them. Strong friendships take work! This course will help you learn about yourself, what you say, the way you act, and how all of your action can affect relationships with others. Focusing on these aspects, helps us gain confidence in our relationships and we will be more likely to achieve our friendship goals.

In order for all participants to benefit from the series, we ask that you commit to attending all 8 sessions. In order to be eligible for CCR, you will need to complete at least 6 sessions (12 hours).
