Take a moment with Student Development and Counselling’s weekly drop-in “Mindful Moments” group to learn a range of mindfulness skills you can use in the classroom and life. Each week, we will focus on a different skill from different perspectives. Practicing mindfulness can help you increase your calm, boost your focus, reduce your stress, and be present in the moment so you can academically succeed.
Mindful Moments runs every Tuesday from October 1-December 3, 12:15-12:45 pm. No registration is necessary.
