Description

The demands of life and being a student can be stressful. Are you tired of stress? Assess the sources of stress in your life, and recognize the roots of resiliency and develop a plan for more balance that works with your busy schedule as a student. Join us (MB 228) to develop a plan that can help balance your busy schedule and help to stress less!

This workshop is part of a 4-session Stress Less series. No registration necessary and FREE pizza for participants!
