Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Take a moment with Student Development and Counselling’s weekly drop-in “Mindful Moments” group to learn a range of mindfulness skills you can use in the classroom and life. Each week, we will focus on a different skill from different perspectives.
Practicing mindfulness can help students increase their calm, boost their focus, reduce stress, and be present in the moment so you they succeed academically. Mindful Moments runs every Tuesday from Jan. 28 – Apr. 14, 12:15- 12:45 pm, in Senator Burns Building, Room NL102. No registration is necessary.
