Increase your calm, boost your focus and harness your attention through mindfulness.
Tune in weekly and learn to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Each session starts with a brief overview of mindfulness followed by a guided exercise. Sessions will also be recorded so you can keep your home practice going between sessions.
No previous experience with mindfulness is necessary. After you register, you’ll receive a Zoom link to participate.
