Dustin is a valued industry connection for SAIT. He has participated in industry engagement sessions, advised on course curriculum, and was instrumental in helping to develop our new Event Management specialization in the Hospitality and Tourism Management Diploma.
- Kurby Court – President & CEO of Telus Convention Center
Kurby has over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry in many senior leadership roles. He brings with him a wealth of experience, innovative thinking and community engagement. He has been a thought-leader within events for years, and been in charge of many international events at both Spruce Meadows and Telus Convention Centre.
- David Woodward – Executive Director - Meetings and Conventions of Tourism Calgary
David and Tourism Calgary have been strong industry connections for the School of Hospitality and Tourism - sitting on advisory boards, and employing both practicum students and recent grads. David has a vast amount of experience in hospitality and events, and has been in the industry for the past 38 years in several senior leadership roles and been part of events ranging from the Country Music Awards to the Grey Cup.
