Dive into aquatic exercise with us Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 a.m. through mid-October. We work out to great music arranged by our Technical Assistant, Bruce Harmer.
Water aerobics is a low-impact workout that builds muscle strength and boosts your endurance. It's fun, and it can be as challenging as you like.
You don't need to know how to swim to participate — and joining our friendly group is a great way to get to know other men and women in the club.
If you would like to join us, coat yourself in sunscreen, wear a hat, sunglasses, rash guard shirt and pool shoes (if you would like) and meet us at the pool with a "fat" pool noodle!
The Pool Aerification System is up and running daily.
It is important to stay hydrated. Bring an unbreakable water bottle.
