This class is a paid clinic for male members of BYSC! Weekly classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the club at 9 am.
Targets major muscle groups needed for tennis, rowing, lifting, swimming, and pickleball.
Learn proper stretching techniques to be applied for injury prevention. Bonita has taught this program at different golf clubs on Hilton Head Island with great success for years!
Pay as you go per month ($10/class). Must commit to 1 month at a time!
