Description

As part of the Travellers’ Journey CAMP arts project, artist Gianna Tomasso and members of the Tipperary Traveller Horse Owners' Association, will demonstrate the construction of a traditional Shelter Tent or "Bendy", on the grounds of Turlough Park House. Discover the different materials and construction techniques that went into this mainstay of traditional Traveller Camps. No booking required.
