The Linenhall Arts Centre and the Flourish Project at the Family Centre Castlebar are delighted to team up once again to present the very popular Arts and Wellbeing Workshop Series. It is a well-researched fact that creative engagement can impact positively on a person’s general sense of well-being. Through developing a love of music, poetry, movement art etc. we can enhance our sense of joy and improve our health.
