Student Recital
Shiqi Yang, violin

To bid farewell to three years of wonderful memories at Carnegie Mellon, Shiqi Yang is presenting a recital that blends the timeless Beethoven violin sonata and two charming romantic pieces by Kreisler and Ysaÿe, together with two Chinese folk song set arrangements for a unique cultural journey. Shiqi is currently an AMSC program student in the studio of Professor William van der Sloot and the concertmaster of CMU Philharmonic.
