This intensive three day course will give all
family historians, young and young-at-heart,
an introduction to the many facets of
genealogy research. It will be hands-on and
differentiated, allowing students and their
parents/grandparents (should they choose to
join their children) the opportunity to explore
their own families and the historical events
that impacted each generation.
Day 1: How to begin genealogy research?
Day 2: Online and off-line resources
Day 3: DNA basics and how it is used in
genealogy research and next steps.
