Gymsport management in the Northern Territory is conducted via the NT Club Advisory Committee. The committe consists of the GNT Executive Director and a representative from each NT club. The Executive Director Chairs the meetings and sets the agenda items.

The major functions of the committee are:

• Maintain a current calendar of events for gymsports and competitions in NT
• Coordinate the annual NT Championships
• Run trials and select teams for National Championships and state team events
• Identify needs for courses, updates and workshops for coaches and judges
• Make requests to GNT for education, training, club development, marketing, HR etc
